Originally hailing from Oregon, Chris made the momentous decision to move to Cabo San Lucas in 2020, seeking a new chapter of adventure and opportunity. With over three decades of experience as a builder in Oregon, Chris’s craftsmanship and expertise have now found a new home in Mexico, where he continues to create remarkable spaces for all to enjoy.

Melissa, born and raised in Cabo San Lucas, adds a local touch to their partnership. With a passion for beauty and style, she owns BX Beauty Bar, a thriving salon in Cabo San Lucas.

In their pursuit of balance and tranquility away from the bustling city, Chris and Melissa built a charming ranch named ranchoBX in the historic mining town of El Triunfo. This weekend retreat allows them to escape the city’s fast pace and immerse themselves in the captivating history and serene ambiance of El Triunfo. It serves as a sanctuary where they can unwind, recharge, and appreciate the simple pleasures of life. Over time they realized they wanted everyone to enjoy this amazing place and with that RanchoBX Mountain Getaway was created.
When they are not dedicating their time to their respective businesses, Chris and Melissa indulge in their shared love for travel. Exploring the world together allows them to expand their horizons, create new memories, and deepen their bond. They also cherish their moments spent with loved ones, cherishing the importance of family and friendship.
